| Overview: | This course is specifically designed for those who have an existing ITIL V1 or V2 Managers Certificate and requires upgrading their existing qualification to ITIL V3. The Course covers the five core subject areas in ITIL V3. An 80% pass mark in the associated 90 minute, multiple choice exam (20 questions) for this course will achieve the ITIL Manager V3 status which is known as ITIL Expert.

| Skills Gained: | Given that the target audience for this course will have proven ITIL Management capability, the five days are dedicated to covering the content of the five core publications. Differences from ITIL V2 will be highlighted and the new Concepts, Processes and Functions introduced in the ITIL refresh program will be discussed in detail, together with how this can be applied within an organization.

| Target Audience: | Those with an existing ITIL V2 Manager Certificate. The Managers Certificate in IT Service Management.

| Prerequisites: | No candidate can attend the course without producing evidence of their ITIL V1 or V2 Manager Certificate qualification. Extensive pre-reading is recommended for this course. Each Candidate will be expected to have the full suite of the Five ITIL V3 Core Publications. These can be purchased from DDLS at the current RRP of approx $800.
